Smartlipo Cost
For the Smartlipo procedure, a small tube approximately 1 mm in diameter, containing the laser fiber, is inserted into the skin. The tube is moved back and forth, delivering the laser’s energy to the fat cells and resulting in skin tightening. Performed under local anesthesia, the procedure is minimally invasive, causing less bleeding, swelling or bruising than conventional liposuction. The laser causes small blood vessels to coagulate immediately, part of what causes the bleeding, swelling and bruising to be less severe. Since the procedure is performed under a local, it is low risk and has minimal side effects.
Candidates for the Smartlipo procedure should be in good health, of normal body weight, and have realistic expectations for the results of the procedure.
