National Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Instructor, and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, has been successfully helping hundreds of clients, men, women and youth, get in shape and reach their health and fitness goals. She has been training clients privately at their homes and office, as well as out of health spas and fitness centers in NY and NJ. National Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Instructor, will arrive at your home or office and provide all the equipment needed for a safe and productive fitness training. After your initial consultation, and reviewing your medical history, Sigi will have a better understanding of how to help you.
Sigi will design an individual fitness program for you based on your previous exercise experience and lifestyle, and work out several training methods for you to use on your own, to help you develop better strength, muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, stability and flexibility. Your personal training sessions will consist of goal specific exercises based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain and schedule. Sigi will schedule your one-on-one sessions, at your convenience, in the comfort of your own home, at work or outside, weather permitting. Imagine yourself working out at your favorite park!
